01 · Introduction

Seagate builds some of the best homes in South Florida. A house at this level deserves photography that carries the same care that went into building it.

This proposal covers a full set of images of the new residence, shot while it is empty and full of light so every room and finish has space to read. You end up with a library you can use across your website, portfolio, and marketing for as long as you need it.

05 · Production & Terms

Planned around your build and the light.

Production

One day on site, scheduled around the final clean and the best light.
The home should be finished and clear of any construction mess before we shoot.
I coordinate timing and access directly with your team.
Final images land three to five business days after the shoot.

Full print and web usage rights for Seagate's marketing and portfolio.
This proposal is good for thirty days.
